The Browns received some news on Wednesday that their online fanbase treated as if they clinched a playoff spot, as the NFL announced that suspended wide receiver Josh Gordon will be allowed to return for the Browns’ Week 13 game against San Diego.
Gordon has missed the last few seasons after several failed drug tests. His return has been speculated about more than the JFK assassination, and now it has finally come just in time for the Browns to make a push to equal last year’s win total.
The Cleveland Mocks staff reacts to the NFL’s decision:
“It’s going to be a shock to Josh that the team actually got worse since he last played.” -Sam
“The Browns haven’t lost a game with Gordon on the roster since December 2014. He’s a game changer.” -Ryan
“Josh Gordon will win us just enough games so we don’t get the first pick” -Josh
